![]() After you place an request for the replacement, our QC department will do some research and come with the solution.If a customer fails to send us a request of replacement, then we will not move on for the same process. If you want to go for the replacement, then you have to inform us within 2 hours from the exact time of the delivery. But still, if the customer is not satisfied, then you can request us for the replacement or exchange. We send the products that are exactly same as mentioned in the store. The customers are free to return our products, if they are not satisfied with the quantity or quality of our products. ![]() ![]()
